My stay at Hotel Jen Singapore was quite the mix. The customer service was great, especially from the lovely receptionist Paru who made my arrival extremely warm and pleasant. However, the location was a bit far from the main attractions, which meant I had to rely on taxis more than I'd like. The room was cozy and the decor was eclectic, which I really enjoyed, but the overall experience had its ups and downs.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout.
